Maintenance

Calhoun County Medical Care Facility is seeking a full-time  Maintenance Worker to join our team! You will work alongside fellow co-workers to ensure a high-quality resident care environment, a safe working environment for all, conduct preventative maintenance work, repairs as necessary, and be responsible for HVAC and Boiler systems.

Wage Rates:

Based on experience and certification(s).

Qualifications/Experience:

• Maintenance Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Chauffer's License, or ability to get before start of employment
• Clean driving record
• Ability to build rapport with residents
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with long-term care environment a PLUS, but not mandatory
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Boiler and HVAC Certifications and experience
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Hours:

• This position will be a full-time position, with hours to include both 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm shifts, as well as rotating on-call responsibilities and weekends.
