Duties (Brief description of the principal task involved):

Responsible for supporting all activities related to the CNC Machining Equipment, Process Continuous

Improvement, Quality, Processing Cost, and maximizing Equipment Utilization Ratio.

Responsible for assigned CNC Machining Process tasks

Introduce all measures necessary to maintain the standards and process-reliable conditions in

Machining / Cutting process

Train CNC Machining production staff on stable processes to achieving the company's goal

Develop strategies to facilitate engineering objectives (process improvement, continuous

improvement, etc.)

Ensure satisfactory performance of processes and equipment

Collaborate with cross functional team(s) and Department Managers to determine best

practices regarding manufacturing processes for the facility

Trace technical issues and problems to root cause and partner with managers and cross

functional staffs to implement solutions

Create and modify specifications and design guidelines for new product lines, modifications and

improvements

Participate in meetings and perform relevant reporting activities

Participate in all Engineering related topic (New Product, Engineering Changes, etc.)

Carries out all assigned tasks from superiors in a timely manner

Support processing cost improvement, awareness and ensure all production resources,

auxiliary materials and operating supplies are efficiently utilized

Provides material and equipment planning specifications and for optimal quality performance of

the machinery and equipment

Conducts CNC Equipment Operation, Adjustments, and Programming

Lead CNC tooling design and standardization

May be required to perform other tasks as assigned

Education/Professional Requirements:

-BSME or equal. degree/experience

preferred.

-Background as a Service Engineer.

(on Licon, SW, or Vigel is a plus)

Required proficiencies and additional

qualification:

- Professional experience in an CNC Machining

Process/ plant (at least 5 years)

- Strong CNC programming knowledge

- Working knowledge of SAP, CNC programing

AutoCAD , and CAM Programs preferred

- Microsoft Project Management Preferred
