Machine Operator - All Shifts
Running induction machines consistently and error-free to meet quality standards. The Machine Operator will load and run the machine to produce high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Support Strategic Foundations
· Work productively, efficiently, and timely to meet customer needs.
· Monitor induction process to make certain all steps are completed with accuracy.
· Properly and skillfully load and unload parts into fixture.
· Ensure precise, consistent, error-free work output.
· Observe machine operation with awareness of machine malfunction and/or operator error. Follow established standards, guidelines, or procedures to report issues.
· Effectively communicate and cooperate with team members.
· Actively participate in and maintain Safety and Housekeeping standards.

· 100% Consistent error-free work
Qualifications/Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
· Must be able to successfully communicate with other team members to ensure customer requirements are met.
· Ability to read and follow Work Instructions.
· Demonstrate steady, methodical, error-free work output.
Machines/Equipment/Tools/Work Aides:
Employees will be trained on the proper use of required machines
Physical Demands
· Bending, stooping, standing, walking on hard surfaces
· Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
· Ability to work overtime as necessary
· Ability to work in a hot environment
· Ability to use hands and arms to operate equipment
Work Environment:
· Shop environment.
· Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday
1st Shift 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
