Huntsville Health Care Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable LVN or RN to join our nursing team on the night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). This role is ideal for a nurse who values resident-centered care, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact during overnight hours.

As an LVN or RN at Huntsville Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Assess residents’ health needs and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly

• Provide education, support, and reassurance to residents and families

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care

• Accurately document care and resident progress in the electronic medical record

• Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing standards

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active Texas LVN or RN license (required)

• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sound clinical judgment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
