Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Vitality Living of New York Mills

As an LPN at Vitality, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You’ll help coordinate and manage assisted living services while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LPN license in good standing
• Genuine passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred (but not required)
