Schedule: Shifts Available Thursday - Sunday 7p-7a or 9p-7a

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate nurses to join a care team for a young adult in Peoria, IL. They enjoy watching the Food Network, spending time outdoors, and being with family. Nurses are needed for day shift, with training and support provided through Castor Home Health Solutions. Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed)

• Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach

• New graduates welcome - comprehensive training provided for trach, vents, G/J tubes, and more through internal skills lab.
