Schedule: Weekday Day Shift – Monday - Friday 7a-3p

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide in-home nursing care for a joyful young child who is trach- and ventilator-dependent and requires GJ-tube support. This happy, energetic child loves trains, blocks, magnet tiles, and blowing bubbles, with Bluey as a favorite show. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care while supporting a child who brings fun, laughter, and warmth to every day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed)

• Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach

• New graduates welcome - comprehensive training provided for trach, vents, G/J tubes, and more through internal skills lab.
