This full-time, hands-on leader, who supervises the on site CNAs on your shift, supporting this skilled and long-term care location. This employee family offers care for 25 residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care.

Routine, fixed Schedule (12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and treatments
