Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Wellness Team. As a floor nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ health, guiding caregivers, and ensuring our community continues to provide the highest quality of care.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes promptly.

• Provide support, and training to caregiving staff.

• Build relationships with residents and families while promoting dignity and respect.

• Document care accurately in electronic health records.

• Respond quickly and calmly in emergencies.

• Current Washington State LPN license (unencumbered).

• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
