LPN (Hospice Care) Chillicothe, OH

About the Role:
VIP Supreme Staffing LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality hospice care in Chillicothe, OH. As an LPN in our hospice program, you will work closely with patients and families, delivering comfort-focused care and supporting individuals in their end-of-life journey with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with the plan of care

• Administer medications, monitor patient symptoms, and provide routine treatments

• Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to care team and family members

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support the patient’s holistic needs

Qualifications:

• Current and active LPN license in the State of Ohio

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice or palliative care experience preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate bedside manner

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel between patient homes may be required)

Schedule & Pay:
