Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards
• Administer medications and treatments
•  Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions and communicate with the healthcare team
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to promote a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications:

•  Current LPN license in the State of New York
•  Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required
