LPN

Currently licensed as Nurse in the state required. Is a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Successfully completes facility conducted orientation, mandatory training and in-service programs. Possesses excellent technical assessment and documentation skills, and leadership qualities. Possesses good communication skills and is patient and self-disciplined. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to communication in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required. Is willing to commit to an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation by exercising sound nursing judgment  based on preparation, knowledge skills, understanding and experience in nursing situations. Knowable of Point Click Care, able to administer medications, glucose reading, understand baseline and abnormal vital signs, administer medication and care of G tubes. Assure medication cart is orderly, neat, clean and adequately stocked.
