Kansas City Christian School is seeking a loving and gentle long-term substitute teacher to cover maternity leave for our Preschool, beginning mid March through May (end of school year).

This position involves assisting the Lead Teacher with day to day operations of a Pre-K Threes and Fours Classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and follow rules and regulations of state licensing.

Work with Lead Teacher to create a classroom environment that encourages learning,

exploration and spiritual growth

• Promote a calm and organized learning environment where every learner feels safe and is able to learn
• Reflect the love of Christ in action, words and care for each child
