We’re hiring a Logo Production Artist to support our growing customization division and help elevate the customer experience through consistent, high-quality artwork.
The Role
The Logo Production Artist transforms customer supplied artwork into accurate proofs, virtual mockups, and production ready files used across a variety of decoration methods. This role requires strong attention to detail, production-focused creativity, and a commitment to quality and speed.
You’ll collaborate with the Sales, Sales Support, and Production teams to ensure artwork is prepared correctly the first time, meets technical requirements, and aligns with customer expectations.
Our Production Art Objectives
This role is directly accountable for executing against the following:
1. Produce High Quality Artwork Quality Artwork
Produce clean, precise, and technically correct art files that meet the requirements of each decoration method.
Deliver high quality, consistent, production ready work.
2. Support a Frictionless Customer Experience
Provide clear, timely, and professional proofs that help customers visualize their finished product.
Improve the customer experience by reducing questions, rework, and back and forth and forth.
3. Ensure Production Accuracy and Efficiency
Meet or exceed SLAs for proofing, revisions, and file preparation to support production schedules.
Get it right the first time, through organized, predictable, and efficient processing.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork Preparation & Production
Review customer supplied logos, graphics, and layout instructions.
Recreate, edit, or enhance artwork to meet print and production requirements.
Convert raster artwork to clean vector files when needed.
Create accurate proofs and virtual mockups that set clear expectations for the final product.
Ensure color accuracy, font consistency, and proper file formatting.
Quality, Accuracy & Workflow Execution
Prepare print ready files for screen printing, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, and other decoration processes.
Follow established file standards, naming conventions, and quality expectations.
Complete artwork tasks within established SLA timeframes.
Review customer revisions and ensure all changes are implemented correctly and in a timely manner.
Minimize errors, reworks, and production delays.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Sales and Custom Logo Teams to ensure proofs align with customer needs.
Communicate any artwork limitations, missing information, or files requiring clarification.
Partner with production teams to ensure file outputs match their requirements.
Provide helpful, solutions focused recommendations when artwork issues arise.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current on design trends, industry techniques, and software features.
Explore and adopt AI‑assisted design tools where appropriate to improve speed, accuracy, and overall workflow efficiency.
Maintain organized archives of artwork, proofs, and file revisions.
Contribute ideas for improving workflows, tools, and overall production efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong portfolio demonstrating production ready artwork and vector editing skills. Ready artwork and vector editing skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and file organization.
Positive, solutions-oriented energy and willingness to collaborate.
Ability to work on-site at our Lafayette facility.
Preferred
Experience preparing artwork for promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, or similar production environments.
Familiarity with digital proofing workflows and file management systems.
Interest in adopting new technologies, including emerging AI tools, to support continuous improvement.
Understanding of golf culture and branded product design.
Experience in eCommerce or custom product production environments. Product production environments.
