About the Opportunity
Veterans Engineering (VE) is seeking a General Dentist to support the Indian Health Service. This is a rewarding locum tenens assignment providing essential dental care to underserved communities.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or full day with every other Friday off (72 hrs every 2 weeks)

• No on-call duties

Practice Details

• Outpatient only (average 6–8 patients/day)

• Patient population: All ages, majority adults

• Procedures: General Dentistry, minor extractions, and procedures within provider comfort level

• Support Staff: 2 Dental Assistants (hiring for Hygienist)

• EMR: Dentrix

Requirements

• Active U.S. state dental license (any state accepted)

• BLS (American Heart Association)

• DEA (fee paid; schedules 2–5)

• Closest lodging: Bismarck, ND (~1 hour away); many staff carpool

• Credentialing: ~4–6 weeks
