What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Loan Setup Administrator with us, you are supporting the mortgage operations team in a fast-paced environment by: 

• Setting up new residential mortgage loan files
• Reviewing loan submissions to ensure required information and documentation are complete
• Preparing and issuing initial disclosures
• Ordering and tracking third-party services such as credit, flood, VOE/VOI, appraisal, and fraud tools
• Collaborating with the Loan Officers, processors, and operations staff
• And more! 

But most importantly, you’ll be working with a team that supports you every step of the way.

Who You Are:

You’re motivated, ethical, and ready to build something that matters. You thrive in a supportive environment where success is celebrated, and collaboration is real.

• You’ve got experience in the mortgage industry, specifically with loan setup, disclosures, processing, and operations
• You have basic knowledge of residential mortgage products (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA)
• You are detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
• You’re driven by growth—not just quotas
• You’re ready to do your best work with a team that’s doing the same
