Are you passionate about working with students and creating a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment? Brookes Westshore is seeking a dedicated Live-In Dorm Parent to join our Boarding Team. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the lives of our boarding students by providing care, guidance, and a sense of belonging. - Start Date: August 2025(10 month contract)
- Room and Board: A spacious, unfurnished 900 sq. ft. two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen, living area, and ensuite laundry is provided as a taxable benefit. (Valued at $2500/month)

About the Role:
Dorm Parents are responsible for creating a stable, secure, and nurturing environment for our boarding students. Working closely with the boarding team, you will be an integral part of our student support network, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a live-in role, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts required. Dorm Parents are also on-call during their days off unless otherwise arranged in advance.
