 Line Cook/Prep Cook

Purpose/ Summary:

 Prepare great tasting food to please our customers in an excellent environment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Service

  • Prepare food to specifications
  • Maintain a clean kitchen
  • Stock rotation
  • Minimize waste
  • Keep equipment in good shape
  • Other duties as required.

Operational Execution

  • Gain deep knowledge of our menu items and how to prepare them
  • Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
  • Punctual and Organized both with serving and arriving in shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and high sanitation standards
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Company policies and laws, including health and safety standards

Additional

 Necessary Skills and Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • 1-year experience in a team-oriented environment a plus, not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Mature judgment in handling all matters
  • Standing and walking during an entire 8-hour shift
  • Must be willing to submit to a background screen
