Summary:
Our Michigan on Main Bar & Grill is located within Bavarian Inn Restaurant in Frankenmuth. This kitchen focuses on fresh, simple ingredients sourced locally right here in Michigan. This area frequently offers new and seasonal menu items. Primarily focused on short order and fried menu items such as appetizers, salads, sandwiches, etc. with strong focus on plating and presentation. Speed and attention to detail is key for this area. Prior cooking experience or schooling is required for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Prior professional culinary experience required
- Capable of lifting moderate weights up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift (9+ hours)
