Line and Prep Cook Positions

seeking skilled Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to
our esteemed members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
and cook menu items with precision and attention to detail
·
Collaborate
with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
·
Maintain
a clean and organized work environment
·
Follow
food safety and sanitation guidelines
·
Assist
in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
·
Proven
experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen
·
Knowledge
of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
·
Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
·
Strong
communication and teamwork skills
·
Flexibility
to work nights and weekends
