The ideal candidate:

• Has strong cooking techniques and a sharp eye for detail.
• Can consistently execute high-quality, beautifully plated dishes.
• Is open-minded, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability for lunch and dinner service, 7 days a week.
• Must be available for brunch service every Saturday and Sunday.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are a must.
