Schedule: 11:00am – 9:00pm | Monday–Sunday (Peak Season)
Join the kitchen team at a respected private golf club where the pace is fast, the standards are high, and your hard work is truly seen and appreciated. Under the leadership of an Executive Chef with 6+ years of experience, you’ll get more hands-on experience in 6 months than you might in a full year at a traditional restaurant.
From high-volume golf tournaments, elegant weddings, and large outings to upscale à la carte dining, you’ll work across a diverse range of services—building real skills that matter.

Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and efficient station

Execute grill and sauté dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail

Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards

Prep and cook for weddings, tournaments, events, and à la carte service

Keep tools, equipment, and prep areas spotless and organized

Occasionally interact with guests through display or action station cooking

2–3 years of line experience preferred — but we’re open to training serious, motivated candidates

Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes

Clean, dependable, and takes pride in their station and professionalism

Effective communicator and team player

Can lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a warm, busy kitchen
