Responsibilities:

  • Prep for Success: Set up and stock stations with precision and care to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain Par Levels: Maintain optimal station prep levels to meet the day's service demands with finesse.
  • Create Delightful Dishes: Bring our menu items to life on your station, adhering to our culinary standards and goals.
  • Team Harmony: Thrive in a supportive team-based environment, collaborating seamlessly with fellow culinary professionals.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open communication with the Culinary Manager to ensure the day's plan is executed flawlessly.
  • Safety Above All: Operate a clean and organized station, following strict food safety guidelines and minimizing cross-contamination risks.
  • Seamless Service Execution: Work in harmony with fellow line cooks to ensure synchronized and timely meal preparation.
  • Professionalism Personified: Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and customers.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a line cook, preferably within a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques, seasoning methods, meat and vegetable preparation, and safe food handling practices.
  • While prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
