Our Line Cooks, are the heart of the Takko. 

As a Line Cook, you’re in charge of delivering the unique flavor of our blended Korean and Mexican cuisine. We strive daily to deliver excellence in every bite and uphold the heritage of Chef Tomas Lee through his menu! Come celebrate flavor and serve our community!

As a Line Cook at Takko, it’s up to you among other tasks to:

• Prep all menu items 
• Prepare food for guest
• Keep Kitchen clean and sanitized at all times
• Work with high-temp machines such as gas stove & fryers 
• Know our menu and culture
• Deliver excellent customer service in every circumstance.
