Here at Takko, our Korean-Mexican fusion brings harmony to your taste buds. Chef Tomas Lee took inspiration from his Korean roots, Oklahoma upbringing, and classically trained palate to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Takko is all about utilizing fresh, simple ingredients to create perfectly balanced dishes served up with a smile.

Job Duties

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing meat or making sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and re-stock properly
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Able to make it to work on time and in uniform.
