Job Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in ovens, broilers, and grills plus a variety of other kitchen equipment.

 Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.

Follow proper plate presentation and garnishes set up for all dishes, assembling food orders to completion.

Meet established cook-time standards.

Coordinate food items from all other parts of the line.

Experience being a team member in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with staff.
