Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)

Richmond Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring for 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Full-Time and PRN opportunities available

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician

• Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

• Supervise and support CNAs and CMAs to ensure quality resident care

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Current Texas LVN license in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
