Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) DODD

About the Role:
VIP Supreme Staffing LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a DODD (Developmental Disabilities) facility in Cambridge, Ohio. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and document care provided

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Support daily living activities and promote independence when possible

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and DODD regulations

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Experience in DODD, long-term care, or similar settings preferred (training available for qualified candidates)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
