Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time 2nd Shift

LPN Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring care delivery
- Coordinating resident care
- Documenting resident progress
- Assessing residents
- Communicating and implementing changes as needed to provide the highest level of resident care
LPN Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Must be CPR certified
- Long-term care nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of MDS
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Use of computers as applied to a health care setting. Point Click Care experience a plus.
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
