Licensed Practical Nurse

This is a full-time Position. LPN's provide routine care, observe patients' health, assist the team in the patients care plan and communicate instructions to patients.  

Required Qualifications:

• MN LPN Licensure
• BLS (or must obtain within six months of hire)

Previous experience preferred.

$23 - $25 per hour based on LPN experience.
