A Skilled Nursing Facility in North Miami is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with proven SNF leadership experience and strong regulatory command. Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Proven success managing AHCA survey process and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of CMS reimbursement and quality measures
• Demonstrated experience overseeing staffing, labor management, and census performance
• Full operational accountability experience (P&L exposure preferred)

Assisted Living–only experience will not be considered.

Operational Responsibilities

• Full oversight of daily operations for the Skilled Nursing Facility
• Ensure compliance with CMS and AHCA regulations
• Lead survey preparation and manage plan of correction processes
• Drive census growth and occupancy stability
• Oversee labor management and financial performance
• Supervise department heads and clinical leadership
• Maintain accountability for quality metrics and reimbursement integrity

Leadership Profile

• Strong regulatory track record in Florida
• Experience operating in competitive South Florida markets preferred
• Ability to stabilize operations and maintain survey readiness
• Comfortable owning census, staffing, and financial outcomes
• Hands-on leader with direct SNF administrative experience
