We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee operations at a skilled nursing facility in Boynton Beach, FL. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for regulatory compliance, clinical oversight, staff management, and overall facility performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure compliance with CMS, AHCA, and state/federal regulations
- Lead and support department heads including Nursing, Rehab, Admissions, and Dietary
- Maintain survey readiness, manage inspections, and implement plans of correction
- Oversee budgeting, staffing levels, labor management, and census growth
- Drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee retention
- Serve as facility representative with families, physicians, vendors, and regulators
Qualifications
- Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license (required)
- Prior experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, surveys, and QAPI
- Proven leadership experience managing interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to balance compliance, clinical care, and operational performance
