About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations at The Lodge Nursing and Rehab. In this vital leadership role, you will ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities

·         Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations, programs, and activities.

·         Collaborate with department heads to ensure quality and ethical care delivery.

·         Represent the facility in meetings and interactions with external agencies.

·         Participate in committee work and provide reports, evaluations, and recommendations.

·         Manage state surveys and implement corrective action plans as needed.

·         Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

·         Uphold residents’ rights and address grievances promptly and appropriately.

·         Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of department directors and supervisors.

·         Develop and enforce policies, safety protocols, infection control, and HIPAA compliance.

·         Foster a calm, supportive, and caring environment for both staff and residents.

·         Stay informed on changes in the long-term care industry through training and workshops.

Qualifications

·         Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.

·         Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.

·         Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.

·         Strong knowledge of long-term care standards and regulatory requirements.

·         Proven experience in staff leadership and training.

·         Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·         Must be physically able to meet the demands of the role, including mobility and stamina.

·         Must be proficient in English (written and verbal) and maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
