• Provide strategic leadership to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial stability.

• Partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee facility operations, budgets, and staffing to optimize performance.

• Build strong community, hospital, and referral relationships to support census and growth.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.

• Drive quality outcomes and survey readiness.

• Current Texas LNFA license (required).

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing or senior healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, PDPM, and QIPP participation.

• Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver results.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
