Licensed Nurse (RN / LPN)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, passing medications, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, including vital signs and response to treatments, while documenting findings accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, pain management, and occupational health concerns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication among healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with established standards of practice.

Experience

• Familiarity with electronic Medical Records a plus.
• Experience in a nursing home is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients on their health conditions.
