• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents under the supervision of the RN and Director of Nursing

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition

• Document care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines

• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow caregivers
