Oasis provides invaluable access to rapid evaluation and short-term therapy options for individuals in need. We aim to provide evaluations for individuals within 48 hours of referral. Following evaluation, clinicians have the ability to assist the clients in determining the best course of treatment depending on their needs. This includes short-term care which typically lasts between 8-16 sessions.


Current full time and part time openings for:

psychologists and neuropsychologists (PhD, PsyD)

clinical social workers (LCSW-C)

professional counselors (LCPC) 

Special consideration for providers with expertise and interest in working with child and adolescent populations. Must hold an active practice license in the state of Maryland or be license eligible. Additional opportunities in our Virginia practice for those with Virginia license. Provide your license information in application materials.


Work life balance is important. Each of our providers design an optimal caseload size and specific work hours to best suit their individual needs. We offer opportunities to explore optional specialty programs, including LGBTQ affirming care, First Responders care, and Trauma-informed treatment. Our robust EMR system is designed to reduce documentation and administrative burden via built in assessment tools, templated notes, patient portal communications, automatic appointment reminders, and remote access. Focus on clinical care while our trained support team members provide scheduling, insurance verification and billing, community referral support and patient follow up, medical records requests, and other general office tasks.

Compensation Details

We offer above market W2 positions with part time and low volume full time caseload options. Each provider can curate their package from salaried or fee for service compensation models. Bonus opportunities for productivity ensure all of your work is compensated. Benefits include:
