Leasing Consultant

The Apartment Gallery is the property management division of Property Management Enterprises, LLC and provides professional management services for over 6,000 apartments and townhomes throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team in York, PA supporting our Hillside and Cloister properties.  The ideal candidate will be willing to commute between sites.

This position is paid an hourly rate plus commission.

Position Summary:

In this critical role for the residential community, you will assist with property operations and resident relations. You will be responsible for all leasing and sales responsibilities and effectively communicate with residents, vendors and other employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Minimum Requirements

Assist with the research, implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives ensuring the continuous flow of qualified traffic. Effective communication with Maintenance Team and other office personnel. Review and track the progress of service requests and conduct apartment and property inspections on a consistent basis. Assist management with any property emergencies and other team members with special projects or duties assigned. Understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws. Must be proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn and use other programs as needed. This candidate will be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent required. A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation along with criminal background/reference checks are all conditions of employment.
