What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to the tenant experience. Your role includes:
- Marketing and showing available suites to prospective tenants
- Managing lease agreements, renewals, move-in, and move-outs
- Creating and maintaining seamless resident experiences
- Responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in property management, or a related field
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and property management standards is an asset
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
