Professional line cook needed. Napa and European inspired kitchen. Pizza experience a plus. Ability to work all stations sauté/pasta, grill, and pantry is also helpful. Comparable pay. We are looking for someone who can grow with our small company of restaurants.

 

Job Requirments

 
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat and professional approach towards guests and co-workers.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Fluent in both Spanish & English
  • Daytime availability 

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • Stock inventory appropriately 
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Prepare for food service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meats, or preparing sauces.
