Lead Generation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market research, Google LSA, PPC, Meta, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and digital marketing techniques to successfully convert leads into valuable opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Identification:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries to target.
• Build and maintain a list of potential leads through various online and offline channels, including LinkedIn, trade shows, social media, and email campaigns.
• Identify decision-makers and understand company hierarchies to direct outreach appropriately.
2. Lead Nurturing and Engagement:
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their level of interest in our products/services.
• Create automations to follow up with potential leads via email, phone, and social media to build relationships and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design lead-nurturing programs and campaigns.
3. Data Management and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and progress within the CRM system.
• Track lead generation metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on lead quality, volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data to refine lead generation strategies and improve targeting and conversion rates over time.
4. Collaboration and Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with ongoing campaigns.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, suggesting adjustments for optimal outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in lead generation.
5. Lead Generation and Automation:
• Create and adjust campaigns weekly/as needed to create a steady flow of inbound leads.
• Optimize campaigns as needed.
• Make sure a minimum of 750 leads are generated monthly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in lead generation.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Proficient in research tools and methods for lead sourcing and qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and nurture prospects effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years experience running paid Google Ads
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ Years experience in marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media outreach.
