Schedule:

·         Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

·         Overtime available

·         Occasional Saturdays based on workload

Job Summary

ETI is seeking a skilled Lead Hydraulic Cylinder Technician to join our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated individual who can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and take pride in high-quality repairs. This is a hands-on, full-time role focused on repairing and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders used in heavy construction and industrial equipment, especially Caterpillar.

Responsibilities

·         Disassemble, measure, inspect, and diagnose hydraulic cylinders

·         Identify, order, and replace damaged or worn parts

·         Reassembling and pressure testing cylinders to meet factory specs

·         Maintain clean and organized work area

·         Lead by example and occasionally train junior techs

·         Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Qualifications

·         Proven experience in hydraulic cylinder repair

·         Strong mechanical skills; must be able to use hand and power tools

·         Experience with Caterpillar equipment strongly preferred

·         Must have your own tools

·         Ability to move and lift large/heavy components

·         Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

·         Clean driving record

·         Must pass a drug screening
