Laundry Tech

Hampton Inn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Technician to join our housekeeping team. This role is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and distributing hotel linens and ensuring laundry equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and folding equipment

• Sort linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items

• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens according to hotel standards

• Monitor laundry chemicals and maintain proper usage

• Inspect linens for damage or stains and report issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area

• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines

• Assist housekeeping team with linen distribution when needed

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Basic understanding of laundry equipment and chemicals preferred

• Weekends and holidays may be required
