Account Executive

Background:

Water Extraction Team/Property Solutions Team is a full-service maintenance, restoration, and construction company serving multi-family communities throughout Colorado.  WET/PST has been in business for over 19 years and we continue to grow!  We are searching for hard-working, enthusiastic team members to grow with us!

Introduction:

We are seeking an organized and driven Account Executive to join our team.  The Account Executive will be responsible for the development and retention of clients in order to produce job leads for the company.  The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced work environment where the stresses of the job will come from multiple avenues.  He/she must have strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent phone skills (office/mobile)
  
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment while remaining detail oriented
• Data entry, email correspondence, document management
• PC competency - Windows environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
• Schedule meetings and host events for clients
• Holds self and others accountable to meet and exceed commitments
• Other duties as assigned
  

Duties Include:

• General clerical tasks including but not limited to maintaining accurate client files, job lead files, document management, and preparing work orders
• Perform tasks, projects, and other duties as requested
  

Preferred Skills:

• HOA management experience &/or Board participation preferred

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (MVR check required)
