Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscaping Operations Assistant to assist with our daily operations, manage crews, and ensure the seamless execution of our landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management, leadership skills, and experience with Aspire software for planning, tracking, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Operations Director with the following tasks:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Manage and schedule landscaping crews, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
• Utilize Aspire software for efficient scheduling, tracking job progress, managing resources, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Implement and maintain safety standards on job sites.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all resources are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and prepare bids, proposals, and estimates for prospective projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Operations Assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in Aspire Software.
• Strong understanding of landscape management, horticulture, and grounds maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
