Responsibilities 

• Enforcing food handling regulations and other guidelines to increase guest safety
• Managing BOH employees
• Working the line and positional shifts to ensure quality during service
• Inventory and food ordering
• Training all restaurant kitchen staff
• Scheduling employees to ensure shifts have proper coverage
  
• Streamlining the restaurant processes to improve the guest experience

Requirements 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 

• At least 3 year's experience managing restaurant kitchen operations

• ServeSafe Certification

Hours 

Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM -12:00 AM

Friday - Saturday 11:00 AM-1:00 AM

Sunday 11:00AM - 12:00AM

*45-50 hours a week required for management
