Job Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

 

👨🍳 Lead the Kitchen – Supervise all aspects of food production and service, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with dietary needs.
📝 Menu Management – Coordinate menu updates, oversee corporate menu standards, and ensure nutritional requirements are met.
📊 Monitor Operations – Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, safety protocols, portion control, and sanitation standards.
📆 Schedule & Staffing – Coordinate schedules, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and fill in as needed to maintain workflow.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or food service setting.
Proven knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with electronic menu systems (e.g., E-menu) preferred.
