Set and garnish plates for the kitchen and ensure that the entrees are cooked correctly.
It is a fast-paced position where you will be required to multitask and be able to direct the cooks what is needed to complete orders.
Light prep work is required that consists of portioning and chopping. Must be able to follow recipes.
Communicate well with both the server staff as well as the kitchen employees.
Must be willing to push food back to the kitchen that is not prepared to our standards.
Teamwork and a good attitude is required
