The Key Account Specialist Jr is the single point of contact and Dracko’s face to the client during the requesting, planning, and implementation stages of the Merchandising, Experiential and Digital Advertising campaigns. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting strategic programs and event experiences. The Key Account Specialist Jr is responsible for relationship management with assigned clients during the project/program managing the life cycle and will provide creative consultative advice and support. Works closely with members of our 3 business units (Merchandising, Experiential and Digital Team) to ensure collaborative, quality programs for our clients. Responsible for managing and developing the company's customer accounts, ensuring their permanency, profitability, and cross-selling.

Principal functions

1. Develop Strong Relationships with Key Customers: Responsible for establishing strong relationships with the company's key customers, which involves understanding customer needs and maintaining constant communication with them. Be the client facing leader on high profile engagements ensuring objectives and projects are completed with excellence.

2. Create and execute personalized business strategies: Use all the company's resources to meet customer needs and improve the relationship with them. Responsible for analytics processes to identify opportunities for new and existing customers.

3. Permanently and accurately feed the CRM: Efficiently use information, feed databases and systems correctly, to effectively manage customer relationships.

4. Metric Tracking: Continuously track your goals to ensure they are being met. Create impactful presentations based on analytics & market intelligence information.

5. Identify new business opportunities: Constantly look for new business opportunities with key clients and work to expand the existing business relationship, promoting other Dracko services.

6. Stay up-to-date on the industry and competition: Be attentive of the industry and competitive trends, so you can identify new opportunities and adapt business strategies accordingly.

7. Maintaining Communication: Liaison between client and Experiential and Merchandising departments. Work with the Key Account Manger and creative team to drive strategy and programs for our clients.

8. Accountability: Maintaining low client attrition, as measured by client downgrades and churn.

9. Responsibilities: Execute client projects and initiatives to support their marketing efforts. Deliver persuasive recommendations via live and video conferences (Zoom and Google Meet), phone calls or emails. Research in-depth and learn your accounts.

10. Customer Service: Work closely with clients to ensure expectations and goals are properly aligned. Drives operational efficiencies, customer service and incremental sales through leadership and financial management.

11. Sales Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills to deliver effective, persuasive, fact-based sales presentations to achieve goals. Identify sales targets and opportunities and develop actionable steps that are measurable and can be put into motion. Actively solicits new business opportunities through prospecting new clients. Seeks methods to penetrate key business activities within the marketplace.

12. Lead: The Experiential events and marketing initiatives. Ability to pivot comfortably with objectives, procedures, and deadlines.

13. Energetic: Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environment with the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.

Education:

Education level: Bachelor's degree

Progress level: Completed

Careers: Marketing, advertising, industrial designer or anything else.

Experience:

Experience in areas Period

1.- Commercial sales 2 years

2.- Customer service or account development 3 years

3.- Public or commercial relations 1 year

4. Design of experiential activities 1 year

5. Experience 3 tier system or beverage distributor 1year

6. Experience in the liquor/beer industry, such as: Supplier market leader, Marketing agency leader, Beer/Liquor distributor sales leader, bartender/ wait staff trainer, Lead BA is a plus.

Training/Certifications:

1.- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

2.- Knowledge of the Marketing industry.

3.- Knowledge of stand design and experiential activities

Schedule:

Weekends and nights might be required

Require lifting and moving 15+ Ibs.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Vacation:

Regular full-time employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation time per calendar year.

Sick:

Regular Full-time employees are eligible for 3 days of paid sick leave per year.

PTO waiting period.

  • A waiting period of six (6) months from your start date must be completed.
  • Able to use sick time at the completion of 90 days of continued employment.
