Infintium Fuel Cell Systems, Inc. is developing next generation small and medium fuel cell systems in the Greenville, SC area. Infintium is a small team, the candidate must be capable of setting and meeting goals reliably, with limited oversight. While there are controls and processes currently in place, the candidate will have the opportunity to guide future improvements in the system and ultimately has a significant influence on the company’s profitability.
Job Overview
Infintium is looking for an Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the specifically assigned/designated accounts ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. They cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage account inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and resolve any issues.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze client data to improve account performance and prepare regular reports on client activity and performance metrics.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of account interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
Monitor account performance and satisfaction, conduct regular check-ins and solicit feedback to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to assigned accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and collaboration with internal teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client concerns and provide effective solutions to

software (CRM) to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively.
